Scotland in Space - networking event

Understand how inventors, investors and partners can work together (or otherwise!) to make a successful collaboration.  Learn about the principles, strategies and skills of getting to a mutually valuable deal and how to use these skills in everyday business scenarios.

This seminar and workshop provide information and practical advice to help you navigate through the negotiation process and how to reach a deal that works for you as well as your business partners. You will also have the opportunity to have 1-2-1 discussions with an experienced industry expert.

**To help you get the most out of this workshop, come prepared with examples of negotiations that you are currently invovled in**

Event Format:

9.15am – 9.30am: Arrival and registration
9.30am – 10.30am: Presentation, delivered by Stephen – Mark Williams, Executive Director of Energy Technology Partnership 
10.30am – 10.45am: Comfort break
10.45am – 11.30am: Opportunity to ask questions 1-2-1 during informal networking (1-2-1 sessions are not pre-bookable) 
11.30pm: Event close

This workshop is hosted by the Strathclyde Entrepreneurial Network and is open to Strathclyde students, staff, alumni and Tontine Members.
